- 2-3 chicken breasts (or chicken tenders)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1-2 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice level)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Slider buns
- Lettuce (pickles, and other toppings optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat each chicken piece in flour, dip in egg wash, then press into panko until fully covered.
- Place the coated chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Assemble sliders by placing baked chicken on buns and topping with the sauce and optional lettuce.
