Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sun-dried tomato vinaigrette, cocktail sauce, and optional cayenne pepper until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rotini pasta, grape tomatoes, celery, and olives; toss gently.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss again until evenly coated.
- Cover tightly and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
