- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjustable)

Instructions
- Finely chop the parsley and cilantro, mince the garlic, and chop the red onion.
- In a mixing bowl, combine parsley, cilantro, garlic, and red onion.
- Add olive oil and red apple vinegar; stir to mix well.
- Season with smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freeze in ice cube trays for later use.
