Instructions
- Prepare the greens by placing them in a large bowl or platter.
- Top the greens with sliced white peaches, raspberries, and cheese.
- In a small saucepan on low heat, combine sliced almonds and sugar. Stir frequently until melted. Remove from heat and cool on wax or parchment paper.
- Sprinkle cooled candied almonds over the salad mixture.
- For the dressing, mix olive oil, red apple vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl or shaker bottle. Refrigerate until serving.
