- 2 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 sticks (8 ounces) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs until just combined; let the mixture rest for 5 minutes before beating again.
- Gently fold in the dry ingredients until just combined. Then add white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and Reese’s Pieces.
- Roll dough into balls about three tablespoons each and place them on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for approximately 11 minutes until golden around the edges but soft in the center. Cool on the sheet for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
