- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (melted)
- 1 1/2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two greased and parchment-lined 9-inch cake pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Combine wet ingredients: stir in buttermilk, sour cream, and melted white chocolate.
- Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in raspberries.
- Divide batter between pans and bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cakes to cool before frosting and garnishing with white chocolate shavings and raspberries.
