Instructions

- Simmer for about 2 minutes while stirring.
- Pour the hot cream mixture over the white chocolate; let sit for 2 minutes.
- Stir gently until smooth to create a thick pistachio ganache.
- Refrigerate the ganache for 1-2 hours until firm enough to handle.
- Roll chilled ganache into balls using a small cookie scoop or spoon, then coat in ground pistachios.
