Instructions

- Reduce heat to low and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until oats are tender.
- Remove from heat and mix in pumpkin purée, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Let sit for 2-3 minutes covered to absorb flavors.
