- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard
- 2 slices white cheddar cheese
- 4 slices deli turkey
- 1 medium tomato (thinly sliced)
- ½ cup fresh baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and slice the tomato if not already done.
- Spread honey mustard on one side of each slice of sourdough.
- On two slices, layer cheese, turkey, tomato, spinach.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread (mustard side in).
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Grill the sandwiches until golden brown on one side (about 3-4 minutes), then flip carefully to cook the other side until crispy and cheese is melted (another 3-4 minutes).
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
