  • 1 cup turkey broth

  • 1 tablespoon oil (for frying the turkey)

Instructions

  1. Debone the turkey thighs and cut into small pieces; season with spices and marinate.
  2. Prepare turkey stock by boiling bones with onions, carrots, garlic, ginger, water, and seasoning.

  4. Fry seasoned turkey until golden brown.
