Instructions
- Debone the turkey thighs and cut into small pieces; season with spices and marinate.
- Prepare turkey stock by boiling bones with onions, carrots, garlic, ginger, water, and seasoning.
- Cook the rice using the strained broth combined with water.
- Fry seasoned turkey until golden brown.
- Sauté onions and garlic; add blended pepper mix along with fried turkey and cooked rice; stir well.
