- 1 pound short cut pasta (e.g., fusilli or elbows)
- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 ounce ranch dressing packet
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
- 3/4 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
- 2 cups cubed cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a frying pan, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Let cool, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and milk until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, chopped turkey bacon, and cubed cheddar cheese. Pour the dressing over and toss gently to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
