- 450 g cream cheese
- 15 ml mayonnaise
- 120 ml sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 240 ml jalapeños, diced
- 475 ml turkey bacon, crumbled (plus extra for coating)
- Optional: ½ medium red onion
- 5 ml ground black pepper
- 5 ml cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sharp cheddar cheese, jalapeños, turkey bacon crumbles, optional red onion, ground black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix until light and fluffy.
- Spread remaining turkey bacon crumbles on a shallow dish.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, form the cheese mixture into small balls and roll in the turkey bacon crumbles to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate the cheese balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
