Instructions
- Finely dice the sushi-grade tuna.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and lime juice.
- Add diced tuna to marinade and toss gently.
- Mix in green onions and sesame seeds; season with salt and pepper. Chill for at least 15 minutes.
- Combine mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, lime juice in another bowl; mix well.
- Toast tostada shells if needed; spread chipotle mayonnaise on each shell.
- Top with marinated tuna tartare and optional garnishes like avocado slices or pickled red onion.
- Serve immediately for optimal freshness.
