Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth using a fork or potato masher.
- Mix in the honey, melted unsalted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top if needed.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow cooling in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
