- 12 large fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Generously fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes until tender and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
