- 1 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)

- 1/2 cup strawberry compote (or use 1/4 cup of jam)
- 3 tbsp icing sugar (or powdered Erythritol)
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberry compote if using homemade; allow it to cool. Rinse, hull, and slice fresh strawberries.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dairy-free yogurt with icing sugar or Erythritol until smooth.
- Begin layering in glasses: start with granola, then sliced strawberries, followed by the yogurt mixture and compote.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used up. Top with halved strawberries for decoration.
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes for a refreshing treat.
