- 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 2 cups cold milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 cup whipped cream or coconut whipped cream
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers or gluten-free cookies
- 1/2 cup strawberry crunch topping (crushed freeze-dried strawberries and cookie crumbs)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix with cold milk and whisk until smooth and thickened.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until light and fluffy.
- In your serving dish, layer half of the sliced bananas, followed by half of the sliced strawberries.
- Spoon half of the pudding mixture over the fruits and sprinkle half of the crushed cookies on top.
- Repeat with the remaining bananas, strawberries, pudding mixture, and finish with the rest of the cookies and strawberry crunch topping.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
