Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180C/350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, mashed bananas, and almond butter. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries and any desired mix-ins.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on the baking sheet. Flatten each ball to create cookie shapes.
- Bake for approximately 12 minutes or until golden around the edges. Allow cooling on the tray before serving.
