Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups strawberries
- 1 1/3 cups cherries (pitted)
- 1 1/2 apples (Fuji or Gala)
- 4 teaspoons chia seeds
Instructions
- If using frozen fruits, thaw them beforehand.
- In a food processor, blend strawberries, cherries, and chopped apples until slightly chunky.
- Stir in chia seeds until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a dehydrator mold lined with teflex sheets and spread evenly.
- Dehydrate at 125°F for about 4 hours, then gently remove from the mold.
- Flip the bars onto the dehydrator tray without teflex and dehydrate for an additional 2.5 hours.
- Continue dehydrating until fully dried; this may take up to another 11.5 hours.
