Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups strawberries
  • 1 1/3 cups cherries (pitted)
  • 1 1/2 apples (Fuji or Gala)
  • 4 teaspoons chia seeds

Instructions

  1. If using frozen fruits, thaw them beforehand.
  2. In a food processor, blend strawberries, cherries, and chopped apples until slightly chunky.
  3. Stir in chia seeds until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a dehydrator mold lined with teflex sheets and spread evenly.
  5. Dehydrate at 125°F for about 4 hours, then gently remove from the mold.
  6. Flip the bars onto the dehydrator tray without teflex and dehydrate for an additional 2.5 hours.
  7. Continue dehydrating until fully dried; this may take up to another 11.5 hours.
