Instructions
- Prepare the apple cider glaze by simmering apple cider, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic in a small saucepan until thickened.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper and sear them in a skillet until golden brown.
- Pour the glaze over the chicken and cook until caramelized.
