- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1 cup cooked ground turkey or beef
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 avocado

- Salt & pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté seasoned ground turkey or beef in olive oil until browned (about 6-8 minutes).
- Slice the avocado and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Assemble the bowl by layering roasted sweet potatoes, cooked meat, sliced avocado, and cottage cheese. Serve warm or chilled.
