- Steamed basmati or jasmine rice
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Sauté minced garlic and onion slices for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add chicken chunks and cook until golden brown on all sides (5-7 minutes).
- Stir in sliced green and red bell peppers; cook until slightly tender (3-4 minutes).
- Pour in soy sauce and sprinkle chili flakes; add cornstarch slurry to thicken.
- Serve hot over fluffy steamed rice.
