Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak (cut into strips)
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Cajun seasoning (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear steak strips for 2–3 minutes per side until golden-brown. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, lower heat and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and add Velveeta cubes; stir until melted. Add mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan; mix until creamy.
- Combine cooked rotini with the sauce, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Return steak to the skillet; warm everything through for about 2–3 minutes before serving.
