  • 1 lb sirloin steak (cut into strips)
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Cajun seasoning (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear steak strips for 2–3 minutes per side until golden-brown. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, lower heat and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and add Velveeta cubes; stir until melted. Add mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan; mix until creamy.
  6. Combine cooked rotini with the sauce, ensuring it's fully coated.
  7. Return steak to the skillet; warm everything through for about 2–3 minutes before serving.
