- 1 cup unsalted butter (slightly softened)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini M&Ms (any color)
- Additional powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until fluffy. Gradually mix in flour and salt until combined. Fold in mini M&Ms.
- Use a cookie scoop to form dough balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and place them on prepared sheets.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly browned on the bottoms. Cool for about 5–10 minutes before rolling each cookie in powdered sugar.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. For extra sweetness, roll in powdered sugar again before serving.
