  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: Approximately 24 cookies 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (slightly softened)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini M&Ms (any color)
  • Additional powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until fluffy. Gradually mix in flour and salt until combined. Fold in mini M&Ms.
  3. Use a cookie scoop to form dough balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and place them on prepared sheets.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly browned on the bottoms. Cool for about 5–10 minutes before rolling each cookie in powdered sugar.
  5. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. For extra sweetness, roll in powdered sugar again before serving.
