Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
- Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (enough to coat chicken)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, minced garlic
Instructions
- Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss them with olive oil and seasonings in a mixing bowl.
- Layer the seasoned potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season the chicken breasts with spices and place them on top of the potatoes.
- Spread minced garlic over the chicken and coat with Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce.
- Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and cover to melt.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
