  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (enough to coat chicken)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss them with olive oil and seasonings in a mixing bowl.
  2. Layer the seasoned potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with spices and place them on top of the potatoes.
  4. Spread minced garlic over the chicken and coat with Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce.
  5. Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  6. In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and cover to melt.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
