- 1 lb ground beef
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 12 oz biscuits (cut into quarters)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add ketchup, water, brown sugar, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the beef; stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the meat mixture into a bowl, add quartered biscuits, and mix well.
- Transfer to the prepared baking pan and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 28-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
