Instructions
- Prepare the shrimp by peeling and deveining if necessary, then chop the onion and mince the garlic.
- In a skillet over medium heat, combine olive oil and butter, then sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add minced garlic, chili powder, smoked paprika, and salt; cook until fragrant.
- Increase heat to medium-high, add shrimp, and cook until pink.
- Reduce heat back to medium; stir in corn kernels, half-and-half, and crumbled feta until creamy.
- Serve garnished with fresh lime juice and cilantro.
