Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange chicken, onion, and sliced peppers in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mixture.
- Season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper; toss well to coat.
- Bake for 10 minutes; stir and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Broil for an extra 2-3 minutes until edges are crispy.
- Serve warm on tortillas with desired toppings.
