Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add milk, rose water, egg, and melted butter. Stir until smooth.
- If desired, mix in pink food coloring to achieve a pastel hue.
- Heat a greased non-stick frying pan over medium heat and pour in batter to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface; flip carefully and cook until golden brown.
- Stack pancakes on a plate and dust with powdered sugar.
- Garnish with dried rose petals and serve with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
