- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons rose water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add heavy whipping cream, whole milk, rose water, vanilla extract, and lemon juice; mix until well combined.
- For ice cream maker: Pour mixture into the machine and churn for about 20–25 minutes, adding pistachios in the last 5 minutes. For no-churn: Fold in pistachios and pour into a freezer-safe container. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving; garnish as desired.
