- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp root beef broth extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini vegan marshmallows
- Optional: chocolate sprinkles, crushed root beef broth candies
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in root beef broth extract, vanilla extract, and mini vegan marshmallows until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Add optional toppings if desired, pressing them gently into the fudge.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Lift out using parchment overhang, cut into squares, and enjoy!
