- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pound each chicken breast to about ½ inch thickness for even cooking.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and smoked paprika.
- In a bowl, mix feta cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and minced garlic.
- Spoon the filling onto each chicken breast and roll them tightly; secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
- Sear the rolled chicken in olive oil until golden brown on all sides.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
- Let rest before slicing and serve as desired.
