  • 1 cup diced dill pickles
  • ¾ cups thousand island dressing
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sauerkraut brine from the jar
  • Optional: salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni noodles according to package directions; drain and rinse under cool water until cooled.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together thousand island dressing, mayonnaise, mustard, and sauerkraut brine.
  3. In a large serving bowl, combine cooled pasta, dressing mixture, turkey or chicken, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and dill pickles.
