  • 1-2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1-2 teaspoons whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat together softened butter and sugars until fluffy.
  4. Add egg, egg yolk, vanilla extract, and red food coloring to the butter mixture; mix well.
  5. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
