Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two or three cake pans and line with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder. In another bowl, whisk together oil, buttermilk, eggs, red food coloring, vanilla extract, and vinegar.
