Ingredients
- 2 oz agave syrup
- 1 oz passionfruit juice
- 1 oz raspberry syrup
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 1 oz aquafaba (for vegan option)
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
- Lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Juice the lime and measure out the agave syrup, passionfruit juice, raspberry syrup, and optional simple syrup.
- If making homemade raspberry syrup, simmer equal parts raspberries, sugar, and water until thickened; strain and cool.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine agave syrup, passionfruit juice, raspberry syrup, lime juice, and aquafaba.
- Shake vigorously without ice for 15-20 seconds to emulsify.
- Add ice and shake again for another 15-20 seconds to chill.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lime wedge.
