- 1 box (5.85 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold 2% milk
- 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping (thawed)
- 6-8 brownies (cut into chunks)
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
- Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the pudding until combined, then set aside.
- In serving glasses or jars, spoon about ΒΌ cup of pudding mixture at the bottom.
- Add approximately ΒΌ cup of brownie chunks on top of the pudding layer.
- Layer fresh raspberries over the brownie chunks and repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
