  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets, finely chopped
  • 2-3 tbsp feta cheese, cubed
  • 1 tbsp black olives
  • Fresh parsley
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • Black sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs: Bring water to a boil in a pot. Gently add the eggs and cook for 7 minutes for jammy yolks. Cool under cold water, peel, and slice in half.
  2. Prepare veggies & fruit: Slice the kiwi and tomato; finely chop the cauliflower florets.
  3. Assemble the plate: Arrange kiwi slices, tomato slices, cauliflower, parsley, feta cubes, and olives on a serving plate. Place halved eggs in the center.
  4. Season: Sprinkle chili flakes over the eggs if desired. Garnish feta with black sesame seeds. Add salt and pepper to taste.
