- 1 packet Sazon seasoning
- 2 tablespoons sofrito (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken drumsticks with garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, Sazon seasoning, and sofrito; mix until well-coated.
- Cover with plastic wrap; marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (overnight preferred).
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Arrange marinated chicken on a baking tray in a single layer; bake for 30 minutes.
- Flip chicken; bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Increase heat to 400°F; bake for another 5-10 minutes until crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
