Ingredients
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup pistachio flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the semi-sweet and white chocolate chips with butter in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla until light and foamy.
- Combine the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. Gently fold in flour, pistachio flour, and salt until just combined.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins and evenly divide the batter among them.
- Bake for 11–13 minutes until edges set but centers jiggle slightly.
- Let cool for one minute before flipping onto plates. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish as desired.
