Ingredients
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 (10 oz) bag mini vegan marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 12 Oreos (crushed)
- 24 whole Oreos (for layering)
- 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil (divided)
Instructions
- Line a 9″x13″ pan with parchment paper and grease it with cooking spray.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a large pot over medium-low heat. Stir in the mini vegan marshmallows until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in the Rice Krispies cereal and half of the crushed Oreos until well combined.
- Press half of the mixture into the prepared pan, layer with whole Oreos, then gently spread the remaining mixture on top.
- Top with remaining crushed Oreos and drizzle melted semisweet and white chocolates over everything.
- Let set at room temperature for about 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
