  • 500g baby potatoes, halved
  • 300g fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Spread them on one side of a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Place the seasoned chicken in the center of the baking dish.
  4. Bake both for 20 minutes.
  5. Toss fresh green beans in olive oil, salt, and pepper; add them to the baking dish after 20 minutes.
  6. Bake everything together for an additional 20 minutes until fully cooked.
