Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 500g baby potatoes, halved
- 300g fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Spread them on one side of a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Place the seasoned chicken in the center of the baking dish.
- Bake both for 20 minutes.
- Toss fresh green beans in olive oil, salt, and pepper; add them to the baking dish after 20 minutes.
- Bake everything together for an additional 20 minutes until fully cooked.
