- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in egg noodles and cover; cook for 7-8 minutes until al dente.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a separate pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Combine cooked noodles with garlic butter mixture; stir well.
- Slice chicken and serve over buttery noodles; garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
