Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef (or ground turkey, chicken)
- 3 medium Potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 1 medium Onion (chopped)
- 1 bell pepper (chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 cup Beef Broth (or chicken broth)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook for 8–10 minutes until softened.
- Remove potatoes from skillet and set aside.
- Add ground beef to the skillet; brown and drain excess fat.
- Stir in onion, bell pepper, garlic, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 3–4 minutes.
- Return potatoes to the skillet; add beef broth. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top; cover again until melted.
