  • 6 oz. dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • ½ cup all-natural, creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • Optional: 1-2 teaspoons water

Instructions

  1. Prepare a muffin pan by lining it with paper liners or using a silicone muffin pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, honey, creamy peanut butter, and chopped peanuts. Mix well and add water if needed for consistency.
  3. Press about 2 tablespoons of the oat mixture into each muffin cup to form the base.
  4. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Pour over the oat layer and freeze briefly.
  5. Mix the remaining peanut butter and coconut oil, spread on top of the chocolate layer, and sprinkle mini chocolate chips.
