  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp orange zest
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Orange zest, if desired
  • Sugared cranberries, if desired
  • Candied orange peels, if desired

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Press into a deep dish pie plate.
  2. Make the cranberry filling by boiling cranberries with orange juice, zest, sugar, and vanilla until thickened. Cool completely.
  3. Whip heavy cream with orange juice, zest, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  4. Mix cream cheese with cooled cranberry filling until smooth and fold in half of the whipped cream.
