Ingredients
- 14.4 oz box of graham crackers
- 2 (3.4 oz) packages of instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 (8 oz) tub of whipped topping
- 1 (16 oz) can of chocolate frosting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine instant pudding and milk. Allow to firm up for 3-5 minutes.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth.
- Lightly spray a 9 x 13 inch glass pan with nonstick spray and layer whole graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers, add another layer of graham crackers, then top with remaining pudding mixture and another layer of graham crackers.
- Microwave the chocolate frosting for 10-12 seconds to soften it, then spread over the top layer.
- Refrigerate for 4-6 hours before slicing into pieces and serving cold.
