- ½ pound crispy turkey bacon
- 3 pounds boneless chicken breast
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 10 ounces yellow cheddar cheese, shredded (approximately 3 cups)
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup minced scallions
- Dash of hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- 1½ dozen soft pull-apart slider rolls
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, cool, and chop into small pieces.
- Slice the boneless chicken breast thinly.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, scallions, hot sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and the bacon until well combined.
- Slice the rolls in half and spread the mixture between them; then add slices of chicken on top.
- Pack sliders tightly in a baking pan; brush with melted butter.
- Cover with parchment paper and foil; bake for 10 minutes then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
