Ingredients

  • ½ pound crispy turkey bacon
  • 3 pounds boneless chicken breast
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 10 ounces yellow cheddar cheese, shredded (approximately 3 cups)
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup minced scallions
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • dozen soft pull-apart slider rolls
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, cool, and chop into small pieces.
  3. Slice the boneless chicken breast thinly.
  4. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, scallions, hot sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and the bacon until well combined.
  5. Slice the rolls in half and spread the mixture between them; then add slices of chicken on top.
  6. Pack sliders tightly in a baking pan; brush with melted butter.
  7. Cover with parchment paper and foil; bake for 10 minutes then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
