  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil (for searing)
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)
  • 8 slices turkey or beef Turkey Bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly oil an oven-safe skillet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  3. Cut pockets into each chicken breast and fill them with the cheese mixture. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  4. Wrap each stuffed breast in turkey or beef bacon.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear each chicken bomb until golden brown (about 2–3 minutes per side).
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
