- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil (for searing)
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)
- 8 slices turkey or beef Turkey Bacon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly oil an oven-safe skillet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Cut pockets into each chicken breast and fill them with the cheese mixture. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Wrap each stuffed breast in turkey or beef bacon.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear each chicken bomb until golden brown (about 2–3 minutes per side).
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
