- 3 cups watermelon (diced or balled)
- 3 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 cups cantaloupe (diced or balled)
- 2 cups honeydew (diced or balled)
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp agave or honey
- ⅛-¼ tsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp fresh mint (chopped)
- 1½ tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together the lime juice, agave, and sea salt in a mixing bowl. Stir in the chopped mint and basil, then set aside.
- Use a melon baller to scoop out balls from the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew until you have the required amounts.
- Slice the strawberries lengthwise into thin rounds.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the fruits and pour over the dressing. Gently toss to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
